What if my logo is very complex?
Most logos are covered by the flat price. If yours needs extra work, we email you before we start — and if you'd rather not continue, you get a full refund.
My image is blurry or tiny. Is that OK?
Yes — that's exactly what we fix. A clear photo, a screenshot from your website or social media, or an old business card scan is enough to start.
Do you use auto-trace software?
No. Every logo is redrawn by hand by a designer, so curves are smooth, text is clean and colours are flat and exact.
Will you change my design?
No — we keep your logo exactly as it is, just sharp. If you want small changes (colours, wording), add a note when you reply to our email.
Which files will I get?

Can I ask for changes?
