1. Who provides the service
RedrawLogo is operated by BE HIGH LEVEL LTD, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For questions, email support@redrawlogo.com. These terms apply to manual logo and artwork recreation requested through redrawlogo.com. Please also read our Delivery & Revisions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Free quote requests
You can send us an existing logo or artwork and details of how you intend to use it. Requesting a quote is free. Uploading a file or submitting an inquiry does not place an order, authorize paid work, or require payment. We may ask for a clearer reference, specifications or confirmation that you have permission to reproduce the design. We may decline work we cannot properly fulfil.
We review the supplied material and send a quote to the email address you provide. The quote should state the proposed scope, price, taxes or other mandatory charges, deliverables, revision allowance, estimated timing and any material exclusions. You may accept or decline it. We do not start paid recreation or send a payment link unless you choose to proceed.
If you accept, we send a private payment link with the agreed amount. The final amount and the terms applicable to that transaction must be available before you pay. We begin manual work only after payment is confirmed, the source artwork and instructions are usable, and any applicable early-performance request has been obtained.
3. What we provide
We manually recreate an existing design, provide a proof for review, and, after approval, provide the agreed digital file set. Our standard file set is AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, DXF and EPS. PNG is a raster image. Formats vary in their supported features and appearance. The accepted quote controls any agreed variation in deliverables.
This is not a new logo concept service, one-click automatic conversion, physical printing, embroidery digitizing, CNC programming or machine setup. DXF does not guarantee compatibility with every cutter or production device. Tell us the supplier’s requirements before accepting the quote.
4. Your artwork and permissions
You must have the rights or permission needed to submit and reproduce the artwork. Sending an image does not create rights in someone else’s design. Provide the clearest available reference, known colors, dimensions and intended use. We cannot guarantee exact reconstruction of details that are missing or unreadable in the source. We will seek clarification where necessary before relying on an interpretation.
5. Proofs, revisions and delivery
We send a private proof link to the email address associated with the accepted quote. Check spelling, shapes, proportions, composition and any agreed colors. Approve the proof or describe corrections through that link. A revised proof requires fresh approval; silence is not approval. We provide final digital files after approval, through a protected delivery page and ZIP download, with an email link. Keep private links confidential and retain your own copy of the files.
The accepted quote states the included revision allowance before payment. A different logo concept, changed wording, added artwork or changed composition is a new scope request. Any additional work or charge requires your agreement. The revision allowance does not restrict remedies required by law for work that fails to match the agreed service.
The first-proof estimate and any deadline are stated in the individual quote. Clarification, customer response time and revisions can affect final delivery. Nothing physical is shipped.
6. Rights in the artwork
You retain your existing rights in material you supply. You authorize us to use it to assess your request, prepare the quote and, if you proceed, perform the agreed service. We do not gain permission to show it in a portfolio or advertisement without separate permission. This service cannot transfer rights in third-party trademarks, fonts or other material that neither you nor we own.
7. Problems and consumer rights
For a cancellation, refund request, missing file or concern about the work, email support@redrawlogo.com with your quote or order reference. We will assess it against the accepted scope and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approval of a proof and digital delivery do not by themselves remove mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
