1. Send your artwork for a free quote
Upload the existing logo or artwork and tell us how you want to use the finished file. A low-resolution image, photograph, screenshot or scan can be a starting point. If possible, include the best reference available, known colors, dimensions and any printer or machine specifications. The quote request is free and does not start paid work.
We review the artwork and email a quote stating the proposed scope, deliverables, price, revision allowance and estimated first-proof timing. If you accept, we send a private payment link. We begin manual recreation after payment confirmation and receipt of the details needed to proceed.
2. First proof
The estimated first-proof time is stated in your individual quote. It starts when payment is confirmed and we have usable artwork, required clarifications and any legally required early-performance request. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless we expressly agree to a deadline. We will contact you if the source needs clarification or if we expect a delay. The time you take to respond and any revisions extend overall completion.
We send an email link to a private proof page. Review the latest proof for lettering, numbers, shapes, proportions, composition and agreed color values. Use the page to approve it or describe corrections, ideally together in one message. A new proof replaces an earlier approval. We do not treat a lack of response as approval; delivery waits for your decision.
3. Revisions
Your quote confirms the included revision allowance before payment. A revision addresses how the supplied design has been recreated. A new concept, additional design, different wording or changed composition may require a separate quote. We will explain any effect on price and timing and wait for your agreement before additional paid work.
If our work fails to match the agreed service, we will assess and correct it as required by applicable law. The included revision count does not limit mandatory remedies.
4. Final files
Once you approve the proof, we prepare the agreed files and send an email link to a private delivery page with a ZIP download. Our standard file set is AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, DXF and EPS. PNG is raster artwork, with transparency where appropriate. The other formats serve compatible design and production workflows; their supported features may differ. Nothing physical is shipped.
Keep your private links confidential and promptly save a backup of the completed files. A download link is not permanent storage. If a link expires or a file is missing, damaged or inaccessible, email support@redrawlogo.com with your quote or order reference. We will check the issue and restore access where the files remain available. See our Privacy Policy for retention information.
5. Production use
Please check the files with your printer or production supplier before use. A supplier may need further preparation. DXF is not a universal ready-to-run cutting file; embroidery digitizing, CNC programming and device setup are outside the service unless expressly included in your quote.
