Get a free quoteIs requesting a quote free?
Yes. Uploading your artwork is only an inquiry — there is no checkout or payment at this stage. You receive a personal quote by email and decide whether to go ahead.
Do you use auto-trace?
No. Every logo is redrawn by hand by a designer, point by point. Auto-trace copies the blur and noise of the original and creates messy files; manual tracing gives clean, accurate, editable vectors.
Can you fix my blurry or pixelated logo?
Yes — that is what we do most. We use your blurry image as a reference and rebuild the logo from scratch as a sharp vector. If some details are unreadable, we ask you before quoting.
What if I only have a photo of my logo?
Send the clearest reference you have. A straight-on photo of a sign, vehicle, T-shirt, cap, business card or printed item is often enough.
Which file formats will I receive?
You receive editable source files plus all the formats you need for print and digital use: SVG, PNG, PDF, JPEG, EPS, DXF, AI, PSD.
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is 12–24 hours after payment and confirmation of the details. Complex artwork can take longer — your quote always shows the expected timing.
How will I receive the price?

How many revisions are included?
Each order includes a proof for your approval and 3 revisions included within the agreed recreation scope. New concepts or added artwork are quoted separately.
Will you change my logo design?
By default we recreate your existing design faithfully. We can also make changes to your old logo while preserving its original character — tell us what you need and we include it in the quote.
Can you convert an AI-generated logo to vector?
Yes. Logos made with Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Ideogram and similar tools are redrawn by hand, and we fix warped text, uneven shapes and noisy edges.
Can I use the files for Cricut, laser, CNC or vinyl cutting?
Yes. Tell us your machine, software and size requirements in your request and we prepare clean, closed paths in SVG or DXF. Please test on scrap material first, as machine software varies.
Can you match my brand colours and fonts?
Yes. Send any colour codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK or Pantone) you have. We identify the font where possible or redraw the lettering to match, converted to outlines.
Are my files kept private?
Yes. Uploaded files are stored privately and used only to quote and complete your project. We never show your artwork in our portfolio or ads without your permission.
